1 Week smoke free !!!

I have made it a full week without so much as puffing on a cigarette. Admittedly I've breathed in a lot of 2nd hand smoke, but that doesn't count does it?

I had a nasty head-ache yesterday that was with me this morning, but seems to have gone now. I'm wearing nicotine patches, and I think they're helping (they'd ruddy better help at $25 for a weeks worth of the cheap'o brand).

The patches manufacturer says I should wear them for 12 weeks, which makes $300. If you add to that all the lollies, icecreams and general bad food I've been indulging in, quitting smoking is a costly operation. But there's no-way I'm going to wear them for 12 weeks, I mean $300 worth of nicotine when I'm trying to quit the stuff?
