1 Month Smoke Free !!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, that's right, I've been over a month without having one single cigarette!

It's been unbearably hard (obviously that's over-stating it, because I did bear it) but I am so happy that I've made it this far.

I still want a cigarette, but not enough to commit unspeakable acts to get one, which is how I felt before.

I've been off the patches for the last two weeks, and I think I'm going to make it. I have put on quite a lot of weight, which is not good, but I figure with my new lungs I can excercise more and take that off over the next month or two.
